Title I Preschool is a federally funded program providing services to children with developmental needs.
Children turning four prior to August 1, may qualify for this program. Children must participate in a developmental screening provided by our PAT educator in the spring prior to the upcoming school year. Each child screened during the spring window, will be given consideration based on the results of the screening. Students with the greatest need of educational support will be given first priority for enrollment. The remaining students will be placed on a waiting list.
There is no cost for the Title I Preschool. Breakfast and lunch are provided at an additional cost based upon state guidelines. PK runs the same hours of operation of the normal school day and to the same school calendar as the elementary. Class size is 20:2.
