MOCAP (Virtual Learning)
Students and parents interested in participating in virtual learning will be required to complete the application found HERE. Applications will be reviewed by building administration. The following timeline will be applied to all requests:

District will determine if MOCAP is in the best educational interest of the student within 10 days of application. Longer time will be allowed for IEP/504 students.

If denied, the student may file an appeal with the Board of Education.

Once the Board has heard the appeal, they will have 30 calendar days to make a decision.

If denied, parents can appeal to DESE.

The school has 72 hours to send DESE the record.

DESE has 7 calendar days to make a decision.
