PUPIL ATTENDANCE DAY: 123 +52
This week’s picture schedule – Thurs. – FBLA/DECA; Fri. – Art club, International Club. These will be taken during Wildcat time.
Prom committee meets every Wednesday after school.
Project grad meeting tonight at 6:00.
The National Honor Society will be holding their annual Spring Blood Drive on Tuesday, March 16. We will have sign ups during lunch periods beginning today. People from the community are welcome to participate. Our goal is 100 units. Let’s not only meet that goal, but break it!
SENIORS – For project graduation you need to get your Big Man on Campus forms turned back in to Val Jinks and also you need to sign up to work the basketball tournament this coming week-end. You can do all this with Val who is located in the former superintendent’s office.
Project graduation needs contestants for their talent show they are sponsoring the same day as the big man on campus event. Any high school student or group that would like to be a part of this will need to see Val Jinks for information and entry forms. Also, check out the flyers that are posted in the hallways.
ALL BASKETBALL GEAR NEEDS TO BE TURNED IN TO COACH JONES OR COACH RABEL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THIS WEEK IS THE DEADLINE.
Congrats to the members of the National Honor Society. Katie Brodeur and Lynsey Copley placed 2nd in the state for their work on the chapter’s scrapbook. Brett Dieckhoff, Justin Jinks, Spencer Lowden, Jared Huffman, Thaotou Lor, and Brenton Olson won the state team work “Tug of War.” The chapter won the state’s Spirit and Participation Award. “Unmask Your Potential” turned out to be a very successful convention for our chapter. Thanks for all your hard work members!
