Lady Cats end the season.
Diamond lost to East Newton Monday evening.

On Monday, March 1st, the Diamond Lady Wildcats traveled to Mt. Vernon to play the East Newton Lady Patriots in District competition.

Their game started at 9:00 p.m.. It was a rough game from start to finish. The girls worked hard, but it didn't seem to go their way on offense. They played good defense and made E.N. move.

Diamond ended up losing the game. But that doesn't mean it's over yet. Coaches B and Jordan are planning summer things to do here pretty soon. 

Summer weights are advised, if you would like to play basketball next season. 

Nice job Ladies! I can't wait till next season rolls around.
