A Veteran at his Best - Mr. Roszell

Words of Wisdom

by Dakota Prier

August 26, 2010

Not many teachers can say they have been a wildcat for a decade, but he can. Mr. Roszell has been here a whopping 12 years. He has been preparing his students for the High school level for many years now by showing them the basics of being a great student and sharing his knowledge with them. At the same time, he is working with them on responsibility.

He has been pounding the states and capitals into students heads every year he has been here. He feels that it's very important for the student to know our country's states and capitals.

This year, the sixth grade class will be doing a big project over a dream vacation. The point of this project is to plan a special trip to anywhere they want. This project is going to be a big portion of the students' grades.

Mr. Roszell feels the new grading policy will hold the students accountable for their grades and push them to be better.

Thank you, Mr. Roszell, for your dedication to your students and Diamond R-IV Schools.
