PAT Adventures

Parents as Teacher is a parent education and support system that works.  We do monthly visits based on the child's age and development. At the visits we share learning activities that involve the parent to encourage language and intellectual growth and physical and social-emotional skills.

Diamond PAT also provides weekly play groups to enhance your child's socialization.  This gives the child a chance to be in the school, and gives the parents a way to meet other parents with kids the same age.   Great bonds have been made between parents and children in play groups.  We also venture out on field trips through out the year.  This year we have went to the pumpkin patch.  Others may include, Pretzel Place, Macaroo Gym and the Zoo at the end of the year.

Group meetings are also a large component of PAT.  This gives the parent and child a time to play together and for the parent to learn developmental activities they can do at home.

Your child will receive a FREE Book at your first visit.

If you would like to join us, click on the Join PAT button and I will contact you to set up your first visit.  Visits are normally done at your home every 6 weeks, or you are more than welcome to have them at the school.

Everyone is welcome to play groups.  Every Wednesday morning from 8:30 to 10:00.  Check our calendar for updates on field trips.

Take a peak at some of the fun we have at PAT.
