Preparing to fry

International Club Cooks Colombian-Style

Daniel, our exchange student from Colombia, treats his new friends to a traditional Colombian dish:  Aborrajados,which are fried plantains with melted cheese inside.  Yum!   Club members each made some and tasted something completely different than they had ever tasted before.  Some loved it and others found it "interesting," but either way they had a great time making them!
