A part of P.A.T.'s goal is to bridge the gap between pre-school families and the school. We want you to feel like a part of the school community before your children start school. I have designed a t-shirt for the kids, to let everyone know they are the future of Diamond Schools. This design is pictured above and will be on a yellow shirt. These shirts can be worn on our field trips during the year or to show others your child is enrolled in the Diamond Parents as Teachers program. The cost of the shirt will be $6.00. If you are interested in ordering a shirt, contact me at 325-5171 or e-mail me at vwright@diamondwildcats.org , the available sizes are youth small and extra small this gives the kids longer use of the shirts.
I am very proud of the program and how well it has grown this year, encourage your friends to come check out our play groups, on Wednesday. This is a great way for the kids to meet friends that will eventually be in their Kindergarten class. The first day of Kindergarten is scary for them, think of how much easier it is if they see a familiar face that first day.
